About Anne
I also have a background in Shaolin kung fu and chi gung (meaning life energy: ancient Chinese energy exercises and techniques to balance chi).
Through my strong empathy and sensitivity and work as a musician, I have always been acutely aware of the feelings and needs of others. I also offer life coaching, a method of facilitating a discussion with a client which guides their own unique approach and decision-making to move them forward.

I am a Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master practitioner and trained in London. I offer Reiki sessions as well as courses in Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki. I also organise group events - please see my website for more details.
Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was introduced about three years ago by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. I am very happy to have encountered this form of Reiki and to have experienced its benefits and advantages. For me, Holy Fire Reiki is the perfect balance between traditional and more intuitive methods. I found it to be a perfect fit for me on a personal level.
Reiki simply means life force energy. It is a hands-on Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is the same energy that threads through several techniques and complementary therapies from various cultures, such as acupuncture, tai chi, chi gung and feng shui, and also links in with meditation. Eastern medicine has always recognised and worked with this energy, which flows through all living things and is vital to well-being.
Sessions can be held in Bobigny, 7 mins from métro Bobigny-Pablo-Picasso on line 5.

Anne est très pédagogue et patiente.Elle s'adapte rapidement à l'étudiant. Les cours se déroulent sérieusement mais dans une très bonne ambiance. Hautement recommandé.
J'étudie le saxophone alto avec Anne depuis un an. Les cours sont très complets et abordent tout les aspects de l'instrument. Par ailleurs Anne est patiente et adapte sa pédagogie a l'élève. C'est un professeur que je recommanderais sans hésiter pour le saxophone , la clarinette et la flute.
J'ai eu des cours particuliers d'anglais avec Anne cet hiver.
