About Lucy
Music connects communities across borders and generations in ways that few other languages can. Teaching provides me the chance to share the 13 years of lessons I gathered while touring the US and Latin America as a musician. I work closely with teens, hobbyists, and busy working professionals who want to master the acoustic guitar.
My sessions prioritize a deep understanding of music theory, from reading sheet music to complex chord transitions. Over 7 years, I have helped 176 students grasp everything from basic strumming patterns to the nuances of lead guitar. I always conduct a diagnostic skills check before building the lesson plan to ensure we target your unique roadblocks.
