About Gemma

Gemma is a performer and Acting & Vocal coach based in Yorkshire, although originally from Cheshire. She started her professional studies at Huddersfield University where she graduated with a BA (Hons) Theatre (MT speciality) and furthered her training East 15. Since graduating, Gemma has worked professionally across the UK as an Actor, Singer and Teacher at countless venues including Cadogan Hall, York Barbican and Birmingham NEC. Gemma has had a varied professional career in performing in Musical Theatre, TV, Theatre, Concerts and short films. Gemma’s experience as an acting & singing teacher specialising in musical theatre, spans 15 years, working with singers, actors, storytellers, barristers & judges. Gemma also heads up the production and performance company and is a lead performer in the touring show “West End vs Broadway”.

With over 15 years of experience in theatre, film, and music, she offers comprehensive coaching that develops both the voice and the actor behind it. Trained in musical theatre, and Estill Voice Training. Gemma specialises in vocal technique, performance coaching, character development, and audition preparation. Their approach is rooted in both technical excellence and emotional authenticity, creating a safe, focused space for artists to grow. From aspiring performers to working professionals, Gemma has coached students for stage roles, screen auditions, musical theatre productions, voiceover work, and more. Whether you're building foundational skills or refining your craft, Gemma empowers each client to express their voice — literally and artistically — with clarity, strength, and confidence. Lessons can be in 45, 60 or 90 min sessions Weekly or Bi-weekly
