Louise works with experienced singers, performers and professional voice users, combining her background in West End and touring productions with a deep understanding of the demands of a performing career. From her purpose-built studio in Hackney, London, and online, she offers individual vocal coaching grounded in evidence-informed technique, artistry and sustainable vocal function. Every session is shaped around your voice, your goals and the demands of your work. Whether you’re preparing for an audition, heading into the recording studio or maintaining your voice through a demanding performance schedule, Louise helps you develop greater freedom, versatility and confidence in your craft. Her approach is warm, collaborative and practical, giving you space to refine your technique, explore your sound and build a reliable, expressive voice.

About the lesson

When your voice is part of your professional life, coaching needs to reflect the demands you place on it. My sessions are tailored to your voice, your goals and the work you’re preparing for, whether that’s an audition, a recording session or an ongoing performance schedule. Every new client begins with a 90-minute Initial Voice Assessment. We explore your voice, vocal demands, lifestyle and goals to build a clear picture of where you are and create a personalised coaching plan. Ongoing sessions may focus on: • Building vocal range, flexibility and consistency. • Exploring tone, resonance and stylistic choices. • Developing sustainable vocal habits and a practical warm-up routine. • Connecting technique with interpretation and expression. • Preparing repertoire for auditions, performances or recording. • Building confidence under performance pressure. Drawing on Estill Voice Training, I make the mechanics of the voice accessible and practical, helping you understand the choices available to you and apply them to your work. Sessions are collaborative, supportive and focused. There’s space to experiment, ask questions and develop your own sound, with an emphasis on technical freedom, artistry and enjoyment. Coaching is available in person at my Hackney studio and online.

Perfect! I started singing lessons with Louise after struggling with long covid and feeling like it was really effecting my singing and breathing. Louise has helped me so much through SOVT vocal exercises and SPLAT breath techniques. After a few weeks of lessons with Louise I am feeling quite a lot of improvement already, I can control my breath more when singing, Belting feels a lot easier again and she has also really helped me get my confidence back. I really recommend lessons with Louise she is very supportive and friendly and gives specific exercises to help you achieve what you want with your voice. I have loved every lesson with her:)
