About Lisa
I was made redundant last year due to Covid after 14 years of employment where I learnt many skills and work life experiences. Since this time I've completely changed my career and I started my own consultancy called Capp Consulting which provides growth solutions for businesses and personal growth for individuals. I'm currently working with a start up app called Better Without, a discovery app for alcohol free drinks. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it but I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss my team and the role of coaching and developing individuals. Let me guide and support you to overcome any challenges you are facing, let's work on your personal growth and life goals because helping you helps me also become the happiest version of myself and giving back is part of my personal growth.

The first step would be for us to have a discovery chat to discuss your current challenges and how I could help you potentially overcome them. Then we would have a planning session and get you well on your way to updating your cv, improving interview skills, discovering job search best practices, build your confidence, budgeting guidance for example. Whatever your goals or challenges might be, let's get you achieving them!
Typically lessons would last for 45 mins, unless you have something pressing time wise as this is a healthy amount of time we can really concentrate and focus for effectively.
My lessons are for any age over 16.
