What you can expect from me as a boxing trainer - Personal 1-on-1 training at your level - Technique training: punching technique, footwork, timing & defense - Conditioning and strength training focused on functional performance - Sparring guidance (if desired) - Training for beginners to advanced Mental coaching integrated into the process In addition to the physical aspect, I also help you with: - Building self-confidence and mental strength - Dealing with stress, tension and performance pressure - Setting and achieving goals - Strengthening focus, discipline and motivation I use practical mental techniques that I have applied in competitions myself and that you can immediately integrate into your daily life.
