About Apoorva
I have 20+ years of experience in the sales/effective communication/personality development&grooming and can provide training programmes /workshops for imparting the relevant skills as well as upgrading them.
I conduct workshops/classes for students/professionals wherein I add value by imparting and enhancing key skills/methodologies and guiding students/professionals to reach their full potential. I am passionate about what I do and am motivated to bring about transformations and positive changes in my clients.
I customize my training modules based on the need of the clients. I keep my classes very interactive and demonstrative with a lot of role play/ situational and hands on training.
In personality development I cover all aspects - effective communication both verbal and non-verbal, confidence building, conversational skills, building/projecting a positive self image, interview skills, overcoming inhibitions, makeup, hair, skin care, hygiene, personal groiming etc.

My teaching is very interactive and demonstrative. I believe in leading by example and demonstrate to my students first and then ensure they perfect it! Confidence comes from " practice practice practice" and I ensure they get it right! I believe in role play and re-creating "real life" situations while imparting the relevant skills, so when they are put in the same situation- personal/ professional , they know exactly how to handle it and come out shining. I don't believe in giving lectures and walking away, I want to see positive transformations in my students, for which I do a lot of hand holding!
I believe in covering all aspects of a personality in personality development such as communication- verbal/non verbal,confidence building, overcoming shyness and inhibitions, leaving lasting impressions, hair, makeup. skin care, hygiene etc etc.Training for interviews, social etiquettes, building/ projecting positive self image, conversational skills are some of the many modules that I cover as well.
Sales Training is another service I offer- Lead generation/cold calling and penetrating the USA/India/Uk market is a skill I have mastered and teach with great ease.I have set up many sales teams for Sme's and have ensured revenue generation and sucessful delievrables. How to approach a customer/capture his interest/script training/voice and accent training/maintaining a steady pipeline/handling rejections/rebuttals for objections/setting targets/ generating revenues etc etc.
