About Sofia
With 18 years of dance training, I’ve completed multiple summer intensives and worked with accomplished choreographers. I’ve choreographed for teams and soloists and taught ballet and technique to young dancers. As a member of Texas A&M’s Dance Arts Society and a dance minor student, I provide disciplined, professional, and personalized instruction that builds strong technique and confidence.

Hello! Ready to explore the world of dance? With 18 years of experience, I'm thrilled to share my love for dance with you. I've choreographed for numerous teams and soloists, and I've had the pleasure of teaching ballet and technique to baby and junior dancers.
A typical lesson includes a guided warm-up, technique exercises, skill development, and choreography or combinations tailored to the dancer’s level. I also incorporate conditioning, stretching, and performance quality to help dancers grow both physically and artistically.
As part of Dance Arts Society at Texas A&M, I'm always involved in choreographing, learning, and teaching new routines. Plus, I'm working towards my dance minor at Texas A&M! I work with dancers of all levels and tailor each lesson to what you specifically need to improve. Whether you're just starting out or looking to enhance your skills, come dance with me!
