I was introduced to Dr. Miller through a formal mentorship program in April of this year. In the last eight months, Dr. Miller's guidance has been invaluable as I navigate a rotational internship program and consider grad school. She has helped me develop both personally and professionally through our bi-weekly meetings and consistent knowledge sharing. In particular, Dr. Miller has helped me define my career goals and tangibly plan for grad school. We developed a timeline with key milestones for me to work towards as my program nears graduation and permanent placement. On a more micro scale, Dr. Miller has also served as a wonderful sounding board as I navigate a complex rotational program and workplace conflict.
