My approach to teaching is to be flexible and engaging when working with students individually. I use the communicative method and like to ensure that the needs of my students are met and that they take away useful and practical language skills. I have a wealth of inspiring and goal oriented material and I am resourceful, goal-oriented and enthusiastic in meeting the needs of my students.
Over the first few classes, I assess the student's abilities and discover their goals. Most classes are spent on any combination of the following: reading, writing, vocabulary building, conversation, pronunciation, speech writing. My experience teaching students of different ages and cultures has made me a patient and versatile educator.
My teaching methods are based on discovery learning with the use of hands on materials for easier understanding. When children find out things on their own instead of you telling them they’ll remember it. I’m very flexible, creative and patient.
In a speaking lesson, the students role play conversations from a text book. Sometimes we play a homemade board game that includes questions and vocabulary that the students have been taught. For a reading lesson, the students read a book chapter and answer questions about the book. For a listening lesson, the students listen to an audio recording and answer questions about what they heard.
I think singing is very good way to memorize and practice English. Watching animation and movies with subtitles makes learning more interesting.Listening, talking and writing about them is another very important way to improve. If you are really keen we can also use traditional book learning if that is what you want.
My teaching approach depends completely on what my student wants and needs. My strength is finding interesting ways to have my students speak, and giving correction and assistance on their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency. For example, I will bring a game which requires you to do all the speaking. I will listen and takes notes on your accuracy while you speak.
People learn best when they are understood and taught at their own level. My approach is centred around first getting to know my students on a personal level - their interests, strengths, weaknesses - all of it. The better I know how you think, the better I am able to mold a lesson into it's most digestible shape. I love people, and I love english.
My teaching style is relaxed with the individual needs of the student in mind. I adapt my classes to the learning style of the student in order to insure student success. A typical class with me would include lots of student input and interaction.
I engage my students with popular and controversial topics for critical thinking. I believe smaller classes are more conducive to inclusivity and learning.
Teaching English in my class is a passion and according to what make the student enjoy and creative the lesson would be like learning how to dance in the field of musical English language vocabularies, idioms, listening, reading and writing By: Facilitate appropriate Effective listening /English Language Assessment preparation.
My teachings methods are flexible. I like to get to know my "student"(s) their likes and dislikes. From there I would want to gear my teaching in such a manner as to best help them understand the subject they are learning.
As certain Methods and Approaches are truly to enhance the learning process by the application of Innovative learning and attention management Techniques for both teacher and student.I strongly practice Visualisation teaching stategy ,wisely managed classroom technology ,Active learning besides verbal -Non Verbal communication skills per requirement.
I believe that classes should be educational, but interesting and fun. People learn differently so I like to incorporate different teaching methods depending on my student's preferences! My ESL lessons are meant for 15-21 year olds between the elementary to advanced level.
My methods are aligned to make sure that you understand and grasp the concepts as easily and as quickly as possible. Rather than having one particular way of teaching I will teach you in the way you understand the best. The objective of my teaching is only to serve the student learning and I work together with the student and parents to get the best out of the students.
Most English courses do not deepen the knowledge of the language, much less prepare students for an international proficiency test. Expressing yourself effectively and fluently is important but understanding how the test works will ensure you a high band at IELTS.
I base my classes on the needs of my students. Every student is different, and I always take the time to learn about my students' goals and work with them to reach their goals. I care about the success of my students and make myself available to help as much as possible.
I am easy to get a long with, and most people find me comfortable to be around. A typical class who be either at the Wetaskiwin Public Library or somewhere, were it is suitable for you. My teaching would be able to show the different ways to make learning fun.
Tailored classes to your needs. Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening. Easily identifies areas needed for improvement and creates individual classes to focus on weaker skills by using the students strengths. First class is for assessment. After that, classes follow student's progress and are prepared based on student's interests and specific goals.
My teaching methods are centred upon the needs of you, the student. I have considerable experience crafting curriculum from scratch and gearing it towards my students' interests. I have always found that effective learning requires engagement (and hopefully some fun).
I will access where you are in English. I want to hear you talk and write and I can confirm where are your weak points so you can improve as quickly as possible. During you're learning we will speak English and write English. I can even provide you homework to learn faster. Our first lesson together will be to test your English.
My methodology depends on the needs of the student. For those looking for help with English as an additional language, I can be a conversation partner as well as a tutor in vocabulary and grammar. For those needing help in essay writing, I can provide exercises and tips on writing with style and clarity.
I use the communicative language learning approach as my teaching method. My lessons are based on materials within and around us. I approach my topics with confidence, structure and flexibility. I have the skill of engaging effectively with learners.
My teaching methods include humor and patience with rapid results. Classes are highly interactive, and much is expected, but at the student's pace and capability. A typical class is 50 minutes, and is based around a topic. For example, "A day at the beach" focuses on vocabulary that may be used on a sunny afternoon at the ocean.
I work with each student on an individualized basis to set personal goals and vary teaching approaches to meet the student's needs. I work with each student to develop gestured vocabulary cues, videos, games and exercises aimed toward the achievement of their personal goals.
I am in favor of communicative teaching methods for all levels in which students find the courage to participate, discover, solve problems, and finally produce language. I am a creative teacher to always add fun and freshness to his classes.
I try to base my teaching on personal connection and communication skills with other people. By using a communicative approach, students will develop the ability to read, write and speak English in everyday situations, as well as in a professional atmosphere.
I focus on practical speaking skills, helping my students grow more confident in their own speaking abilities. I like to use a lot of games, videos and activities, tailored to each students' personal preference. For example, one of my students was a quiet young man with an inquisitive mind. He didn't talk much, but he was very knowledgeable about science and mathematics.
A very approachable and knowledgeable teacher with a vast range of experience in classrooms, lecture halls, seminars and tutorials. I completed a master's degree in psychoanalytic studies and a degree in philosophy from Trinity College, Dublin.
My teaching methods include a safe, secure and inspiring learning environment. My students enjoy lessons that are enlightening, engaging, humorous. As a teacher I take pride in helping my students succeed in their academics. I am willing to do what it takes to make sure each pupil achieve their educational goals. I can teach anywhere from the elementary level to post-secondary.
