Hello everyone! I’m Erasto, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey in education. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education under my belt, I've had the privilege of teaching 1st through 5th grades, though my heart truly belongs to the 4th grade where I spent most of my teaching career.

During my eight years in the classroom, my students consistently achieved pass rates of 85% or higher in reading and math, a testament to our hard work and fun learning methods. My dedication to creative teaching didn’t go unnoticed—I was honored as "Teacher of the Year" and even featured in the news for my innovative strategies.

After my time in the classroom, I stepped into school administration in New York, where I continued to advocate for excellent educational practices and learning experiences.
