About Ayisha
I was in gymnastics for about 4 years and I have reached level 5 so I can teach your child or you the basics in gymnastics. I usually stretched and helped kids younger then me when I was in gymnastics so I know how to talk to kids and make them feel more comfortable.

My method in teaching is having more fun and being more open. Being a teenager myself I get the feeling of being a kid and wanting to have a fun teacher that could relate or have fun with, because that seemed to motivate me more. I would first stretch and do some simple workouts to get your blood pumping. I would then be teaching the basics such as how to do small easy tricks, for example a somersault, handstand, cartwheel or anything else you want to learn. I would also make sure you are comfortable with everything you are doing.
