About Jimmy
I spend my free time writing music, mixing and mastering.
I really like to make cover art for albums/singles, so some time is spent on that as well.
If I'm not making music, I'm practicing drums or hanging out with my partner, friends or family.
When I do make music, it's usually beats, hip-hop/trap with elements of soul, jazz and funk, but I also make pop, again, usually with some elements of soul, jazz and funk.
I have produced music and recorded instruments since 2009.
Playing drums in a big band that plays a lot of swing would be a dream. Or produce for a really big rapper/singer like e.g. Kendrick.

Music production consists of many elements and to become a producer with a profound understanding I will teach you to:
• Write the different parts of a song (intro, verse, bridge, etc.) in the best way (what suits the style of the song.)
• Adding details that capture
interest and fill in any gaps.
• How to mix.
• How to master.
• Recording techniques.
• Basic music theory.
We can talk about how we set up the lessons in the first lesson. (Which areas are prio, for example)
