About Cecilia
"Teaching singing connects my core musical training to the technical needs of modern performers. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. My pedagogy centers on the idea that voice and piano function as a two way street.
Singers learn to accompany themselves while pianists learn to phrase like vocalists. This creates a balanced, comprehensive artist. I have 13 years of experience in this field.
