About Charu
To me, yoga is a sacred medium to connect deeply with your soul, using purposeful movement to bridge the gap between the chaotic outer world and your inner peace. The true beauty of yoga lies in its absolute liberation: you can bring this movement into your life from anywhere in the world, at any time, and in any place. It requires nothing but your presence. Having dedicated over 20 years to this practice, I have witnessed people from all walks of life find genuine solace and physical freedom through mindful movement. At the absolute heart of every session is breathing, the single most important part of life itself; by learning to anchor ourselves to our breath, we unlock a sustainable source of strength and tranquility that stays with us long after we step off the mat.
