About Damaris
"Studying at the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal shaped my approach to music instruction. I spent 13 years helping students navigate complex fretboards while keeping the joy of playing at the core of our work. My 250 students often arrive struggling with basic coordination, yet they leave with a solid grasp of theory.
I specialize in STRUMMING PATTERNS and BARRE CHORDS to build foundational confidence. Beyond technical drills, I focus on BLUES PROGRESSIONS and FINGERPICKING to ensure you can perform well under pressure. Music is a lifelong companion that I truly enjoy sharing with others."

"Many guitarists find themselves stuck at a plateau when trying to master electric technique or power chords. You deserve a clear path that prioritizes your progress during our sessions.
I provide a free trial session to assess your starting level and determine if an 8.0 grading standard is the right target for you. We systematically work through grade exam prep while integrating ear training.
