About Nish
Since my teenage years, I have been extremely focused on doing activities that help enhance my mind-body coordination. Being a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and contemporary dancer has improved my flexibility and body strength to a great extent but learning and practicing yoga has been the real deal breaker.
Yoga has not only gifted me with a healthy lifestyle but has also made me mindful! I follow, learn and teach Ashtang yoga along with Vinyasa yoga flows. I aim to deliver my students a holistic knowledge of Yoga which includes Asanas, pranayam, kriyas, and much more.

About the lesson

Each session is 60-70 mins long.
- Each session will be goal-oriented ex open hip flexors, core strengthening, etc.
- Equal focus is given to other folds of Ashtang yoga i.e Pranayam, kriya, etc.
- Each class is grouped according to the level of practice hence personal attention can be given to improve form and technique
