About Care
I have been a Registered Yoga Teacher since November of 2016. I have taught individual private lessons as well as large groups of up to 300 students. I currently teach at a Yoga Studio and a Cross Training Gym in Houston, Texas. My classes focus on strength, flexibility, breath/body control and the wellness benefits of becoming connected to your body and your space through the practice of Yoga.

200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance
My classes are fun, soothing and challenging. I like to mix in powerful yoga movements, as well as restorative poses to slow the body and mind.
I currently teach Flow Yoga Classes and Restorative Yoga for Athletes. I love working with individuals to support their physical or emotional needs through yoga. I believe that Yoga has many benefits not only for the body but for the mind!
