About Vicky
Having started out as a gym instructor, personal trainer, athlete and sports massage therapist I then found yoga!
Then I found the balance, peace and actual strength and flexibility- as it comes from the mind first!
Yoga is an amazing practice to access the mind, the body and balance both!
I have practiced and taught from the most intense physical forms of hot yoga to the still and cold yin. Both absolutely and equally important and beneficial!

Our bodies tend to store everything and we are all so wonderfully different even before experiences, traumas, injuries, excitement, drive etc.
So therefore yoga is not just a couple of physical stretches but about accessing and opening the mind so much so perhaps you can physically follow!
