About Stacy
Patience defines my role as a guitar coach during every technical breakdown. I recall a student finally nailing a complex fingerpicking pattern after weeks of persistent work.
With 387 students taught, I have developed an ear for exactly where a player hits a wall. My approach is centered on building a solid foundation through theory and proper maintenance.

Placing your hands on the neck for the first time reveals the immediate tension in your posture. We assess your current skill level and discuss your goals regarding music theory or songwriting during our introductory time together. Since I hold a degree from Berklee College of Music, I incorporate professional 8.0 level standards into our practice routines. We examine how tuning and maintenance impact the quality of your sound before moving into advanced fretboard navigation.
My background allows me to break down complex fingerpicking styles into manageable steps that anyone can follow. I work to ensure that your acoustic technique evolves alongside your musical understanding.
This 8.0 level of focus helps you retain information while building consistent playing habits over the long term. I find it deeply satisfying to watch a student master a chord progression that once felt impossible. My hope is to provide the same clarity that helped me navigate my own musical journey.
