About Pen
Pen is an experienced Classical Yoga Teacher, Traditional Thai Massage Therapist, Reiki, Sound Bath and Shamanic Practitioner. She has been teaching individuals, groups and organisations for over 20 years. Pen originally learnt Yoga from deep immersion in an ashram, living and breathing Yoga every day. With 3 x 3 hour practices each day, Pen was able to experience the true power of Yoga in all its forms, not just the stretching that it has been reduced to in the West. Pen then explored training in Pregnancy Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Shamanic Healing. She is continually learning and is obsessed with helping everyone attain their highest level of wellbeing, peace and happiness, but in a simplistic way that busy modern people can benefit from.

Whether in person or online, we will explore different techniques to help your body and mind relax. Through practice, you will gather a set of simple tools which you can use at any time to help you remain calm, no matter what life throws at you.
You will be taught time-tested methods from Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Thai Massage Points etc, or you can just lie down and allow me to use my voice to guide you into a deep state of relaxation, using specific techniques from Yoga Nidra, or bathe in the beauty of a sound bath.
All these techniques have a proven track record of reducing stress and anxiety, lifting the mood, lowering blood pressure and physical stress and improving sleep quality.
We can also look at subtle lifestyle changes and dietary tips to help with wellbeing.
