About Tony
Though I will be devoted to helping students learn the concepts, I don’t believe that I am overly intimidating and will do my best to create a comfortable and conversational environment. I did very well in my math classes in school. I had a 5.45 high school GPA, graduating in the top 1.7% of my class. I maintained a 4.0 GPA in my 2 years of college. I also scored a 1480 on my PSAT. I have been helping friends learn math concepts for years and am ready to expand my client base.

In my experience, math can be really intimidating when we believe that there is only one way to solve a problem. As a tutor, I will help share alternative methods to solve problems and any shortcuts I have found over the course of my own educational journey. As a fresh college graduate, many of these topics are still on my mind. I have been helping friends to study and understand concepts for years and I am good at explaining mathematical processes, providing examples, and working at the student’s pace to overcome their math challenges!

Tony is responsible and trustworthy. He has always been a straight A student and enjoys teaching others. He has led a discipleship group for his church and teaches a class at 2 of the IRSC campuses.
