About Alexander
My name is Abiola Alexander and am a student of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, and I am only 16 years old.
The reason I want to teach mathematics is as a result of the akward reaction of students to mathematics.
I noticed this even in my secondary school days as students run from the subject giving the excuse that it's a hard subject. And this eventually affects them on later in life as the results starts becoming obvious even in the university.
And this is because of the teachers they had in early years. Most mathematics teachers approach the subject with levity which isn't supposed to be so causing the student to become distracted from the subject later on in life.
I feel I have a chance to correct this by doing the very little I can, by teaching final year primary school pupils the subject and also JSS 1 - 3 students during the infamous pandemic and I received a lot of gifts from parents of most of the pupils and students after their kid did well in the subject later on.
I saw this advertisement too, and saw that this was another chance too.

I'll teach you guys the basics of the subject, the way constants are gotten and hidden facts for example pi(π) is gotten by dividing the circumference of a circle by it's diameter and regardless of the size of the circle you'll always get 22/7 which is approximated to 3.14. You can try it with any circular object and see for yourself guys.
You see mathematics is an interesting subject which moves closer to students who study it on a daily basis as it requires constant practice being an interactive subject.
And a student action towards the subject depends on the teacher.
So you guys need someone familiar with the subject, someone who knows the do's and don'ts of mathematics and that's where I come in.
