About Ana K
I am a psychology graduate, however I suffer from ADHD, first degree autism and OCD, as well as generalized anxiety.
When I started knitting, I could observe that I have different virtues for the practitioner: not only does it have the ability to improve fine motor skills, it also has calming effects on the subject's psyche while giving them the possibility of improving their attention span while giving them a tool to express themselves to others through the final product.
Let me teach you, not only to have a new skill, but also to have the opportunity to improve your mental health while having fun doing it !! :)

Classes are online. These start from the most basic within the weaving, such as the position of the hands when using the yarn and hook, the weaving of chains, single crochet, high crochet or different more points. It also seeks to teach the bases for the creation of stuffed animals and amigurumis, this being the final project of the class.
