About Mason
Childhood depression lead me to meditation, and most likely saved my life. I hope it will enrich your experience as well. Embracing what's useful from as many teachings as possible, Zen, Dzogchen, Mahayana, etc. Wisdom is everywhere, and sometimes it takes just the right perspective or insight to cause a cascade. I'm still on an endless path of study, and would be glad to be a part of yours!
