About Niki
I was previously under Mentor Jr. for around a year, tutored for juniors in my previous school and have a relative in Year 12 who I often help with school work.
I did ballet classes for over 10 years and have been doing commercial/street for 6+ years. I however specialise in Kpop dancing.
I want to teach others because I want to be the person I needed the most in the past. Being the eldest in the family, my parents could barely help me with my work and for a long time, I had to learn dances myself in front of my laptop. I seek to be flexible and to not only impart information but most importantly help grow, inspire and nurture the passions of my students

My maths/biology/organic chemistry lessons will be an hour long. I am a flexible tutor in that lessons will be tailored to the tutee's needs. We will liaise and discuss what topics/questions/content the tutee would like to cover in upcoming sessions, whether it be upcoming in their school lessons, revising for a topic test, homework help and more.
On top of my dance experience, I ran a Kpop dance club in school for 2 years through the pandemic so I've had experience teaching dance online and physically. These lessons are perfect for all ages and all levels - only enthusiasm is required! These lessons will be an hour and a half long, including a warmup at the beginning. I will primarily teach Kpop choreographies but I will listen to the tutee's requests. I will explain the moves of a section, go through it at a slow tempo without music, then again but with music slowly until the normal speed of the song, and repeat this methodology at the tutee's pace!
