I have been practicing yoga since I was fourteen years old and have been certified for a little over a year now. I have worked with people at a wide variety of ages starting at age thirteen and up. It has become a lifestyle that I am very excited to share with others.

Starting at the beginner level I teach both vinyasa and gentle yoga depending on the student's pace and preference. Throughout our practice, I will be repeating strong words of encouragement and affirmations to help students feel more connected to their sense of self-love.
