About Livia Kojo
I'm a multidisciplinary artist, 300h certified yoga teacher, and sound healer with over two decades of experience across movement, music, and performance. My work blends ancient wisdom with contemporary practice and lived experience, offering trauma-informed, heart-centred spaces for healing through Yin Yoga, sound, and voice. Rooted in depth, creativity, and a lifelong devotion to transformation, her offerings invite others to reconnect with themselves through embodied practice. I'm practising Yoga since 2001, have 15+ years of teaching experience across Yoga, Fitness, Vocal & other movement practices.

I specialise in Yin Yoga sequences to help you find pain relief (hip, knee and lower back pain) and to calm down the nervous system. I can help with recovery after major surgeries like Hysterectomy, Tummy Tuck and day to day problems like overthinking, stress etc. My class will be tailored to specific individual needs. I'm drawing from my 10+ years teaching experience. My classes can be combined with breath-work or sound bath. All levels are welcome.
