About Andrew
My goal is to take an individualized approach for each student. By asking questions and slowly explaining concepts and potential applications, I have found students of mine gain a more wholistic appreciation for their studies in addition to the fundamental knowledge that they need to pass their next exam.
My favorite part of being a tutor is the "aha moment". I can always tell when a student of mine finally understands a concept and I often find that to be the most fulfilling thing.
I have taught and tutored since I was in high school. I am currently a pre-medical student with a concentration in biochemistry.

My process is simple upon the first meeting I like to figure out goals and expectations. Then I gauge if there's prior material that either needs to be refreshed or relearned. After that point my goal is to not only assist a student with what they are currently learning but to hopefully push beyond that.
