About Mike

With over a decade of touring experience I have expertise in all genres of music. Combine that with my professional studio setup and hand tailored resources I create an excellent environment for students to grow and learn exactly what they want to and more.

I love passing on my knowledge and experience to those that want to learn music.

I have been teaching guitar for the last 15 years and I LOVE it! I love being able to pass my knowledge and experience on to others. I see it as my responsibility to share what I know with future generations of guitarists.

My degrees include Jazz performance and electric guitar teaching. As well as my formal education I have 10+ years of professional touring and session work with some of the worlds most recognisable musicians. See videos of me on the Postmodern Jukebox YouTube channel.

About the lesson

The most important thing is what YOU what out of your lessons! I will tailor all the knowledge I give you to your interests and needs!! No goal is too big! I have the tools and skills to get you where you want.

All ages - 9 to 75. I teach ALL genres of music.
