About Kaden
I tutor high school and university students in math, physics, and chemistry, and I’ve been doing it for over 8 years. I’m currently in my fourth year of a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta, so I know the first-year math and science courses students hit here and where they tend to lose people, as well as how hard it can be to learn them in a language you’re not 100% comfortable in.

Sessions are built around doing, not watching. We start with the problems you’re currently stuck on, and I break down the reasoning step by step as we go, then hand the pencil back so you’re the one solving. I don’t lecture at a whiteboard for an hour.
Every session ends with a short set of practice questions matched to what we covered, so the work continues after I leave. The next session opens by reviewing those, which tells us both what actually stuck.
Lessons can be run in English or French!
