In a training setting, when I get questions, I first try to figure out the 'why' of the question. Is the student missing information because the theory was not understood or studied effectively. Is it a matter of skill or experience in the case of solving for instance a mathematical problem. The 'why' answer determines the next steps in the training.
My teaching methodology is pretty friendly i like to relate the physics problems to the practical life so that its very easy for students to grasp an remember for long time Just like if i want student to teach about gravity i would drop an apple and would tell him how it works
My teaching method is simple, I approach a course according to it's length and structure and start from simple and gradually develop the concepts and move further. I approach learning from a flexible and task-oriented standpoint.
