About Sarah
Throughout my childhood, I developed a deep love for reading and learning, spending countless hours immersed in books and stories. This early passion sparked a lasting interest in understanding diverse perspectives and the experiences of others. I am currently a senior at California Baptist University, pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in English.
Over the years, my passion for helping students has continued to grow through hands-on experience in a variety of settings. I previously served as a youth ministry intern, where I mentored middle and high school students, and later taught a student-led class to college freshmen. In these roles, I had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, support students through personal and academic challenges, and guide them during important transitional periods.

As an English tutor, I focus on creating a supportive environment where students can build confidence in their reading and writing skills. I adjust my teaching styles to the learning styles of each student to help them reach their academic goals. I have experience in helping students strengthen essay structure, grammar, and critical thinking through constructive feedback and guided practice.
