About Albert

Experience: - Teaching experience for over 2 years, tutoring students across various school subjects. - Volunteer as a peer tutor at school. - Member of the Canadian Red Cross Beyond the Hurt program, teaching youth the significance of various social issues and topics (i.e. healthy youth relationships, substance use, bullying, etc.) Academics: - Consistent academic average of 98% from grades 11-12. - Acceptance to the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto in Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences. - Committed to U of T with a $7500 entrance scholarship. Extra Curricular/My Responsibilities: - Co-op experience shadowing a lawyer at a law firm and working as an intern for a pharmacy as a pharmacist assistant. - Member of the Emergency Services Institute of Canada and the Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid and First Responder. - An executive for my school's first responder emergency team. - Primary spokesperson for major school-wide events, including the annual Remembrance Day Commemoration. - Participant/contestant for the TiE Young Entrepreneurs business program (created a website solving modern-day crises with technology, competing for an investment opportunity.) Future Career Goal: - Aiming to become a corporate lawyer in the future.

- Analysis of media and literature (i.e. analyzing a movie scene; learning about the motives and illustration of the characters and their actions.) - Learn how to write a compelling thesis statement. - Break down different parts of an essay/literature. - Learn various tips and tricks to write at a higher level from a current student. - Learn how to expand and/or concisely write sentences. - Get full support for post-secondary/scholarship applications. - Online learning sessions via Zoom, Discord or Google Meets. - Classes offered in English, Korean and Japanese. - Preparatory lessons for those learning English for the first time. - Flexible and interactive lessons designed for K-12 levels.
