About Hiba
I have spent over 30 years in international education across the Middle East, working in some of the most respected IB and Cambridge schools in Jordan, Kuwait, and Egypt. My career has taken me from classroom teacher to Head of Department, school principal and managing director — giving me a depth of understanding of education that goes far beyond subject knowledge.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Jordan, a Montessori Teaching Diploma with Distinction, and professional certifications from both the International Baccalaureate Organization and Cambridge Assessment International Education.

I am an active IB Examiner and TOK specialist with over 30 years of international teaching experience across Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait. I currently teach IBDP Language A: Language and Literature and Theory of Knowledge at an IB World School in Cairo, while examining for both the International Baccalaureate and Cambridge boards.
What makes my lessons different is simple — I don't just teach the curriculum, I know exactly how it is marked. As a working examiner I bring insider knowledge of what assessors look for in every essay, oral commentary, and TOK exhibition. My students don't just learn English — they learn how to perform.
My lessons are tailored to each student's specific needs and goals. Whether you are preparing for Paper 1, Paper 2, your Individual Oral, your TOK essay or exhibition, or your Extended Essay, every session is focused, purposeful and results driven.
I work with IB Diploma students at all levels, IGCSE English students, and students preparing for IELTS. I am available for individual sessions and intensive exam preparation programs. My approach is patient, structured and high expectation. I believe every student can achieve their potential with the right guidance.
