About Mira
Hi! I’m Mira. I am a ninth grader who is in advanced placement. I love learning and I’m always eager to learn something new. I’m a huge book nerd and enjoy classics as well as fantasy and mystery. My favorite classes are science and geometry,(biochemistry, Physics, Geometry and algebra being my favorite in those subjects) I love the outdoors and participate in backpacking, camping and hiking in my free time. I belong to boy scouts and I’ve been working hard I’m my troop for 3 years. I’m a very hard worker and I study and work hard to achieve my goals. I love teaching and working with kids. I often find that I learn something from them as well.

I’ve been teaching and working with kids for most of my life and I enjoy working with them. I’m highly flexible and as someone with ADHD and Asperger’s I’ve learned through myself and others what a kid needs. My teaching methods consist a lot of bending to kid I’m teaching. I’m patient and my main goal is that for each lesson I want them to learn at least one thing. I want to ensure that they’re getting the most out of what I’m teaching. As a tutor I truly want the kids to get something out of it. I can teach anywhere between first grade and eight grade. My lessons are for anyone in the grades I specified however I specialize in working with kids with disabilities or syndromes (ADHD, Autism, Etc.)
