About Praveen

I'm an AFC Licensed football and goalkeeper coach based in Santacruz, Mumbai, with a professional playing background as a goalkeeper for ( I-League ) Vasco Sports Club, ONGC FC, Churchill Brothers SC, and Air India FC — including representing Kerala & Maharashtra state at the Santosh Trophy.

For the past four years I've coached goalkeepers at Mumbai City FC youth academy (City Football Group), and I was the official football and goalkeeper trainer for the actors on Ajay Devgn's Bollywood film Maidaan (2024), preparing them to perform match-level football on screen.

I hold the AFC Goalkeeping Certificate Level 2 and the FIFA Guardians Safeguarding Diploma, Premiere Skill / British Council Coaching Licence. so sessions are structured around proper technique and player Age, not just drills.

Through Amigos Soccer School, the academy I founded in 2021, I train players of all ages and skill levels across Mumbai's western suburbs — Santacruz, Bandra, Khar, Juhu, Andheri, and BKC — from complete beginners and kids just starting out, to competitive players working on shot-stopping, distribution, positioning, and match awareness.
