About the lesson

◆Lessons can be on both weekdays and weekends.

◆Let's start with a free trial lesson to figure out what style lesson is best for you!
All levels are welcome!

What I think would be ideal...
Beginner (level 1.0) ~ 4.5/5.0 ----> hitting + lesson
5.5 ----> intensive hitting focused

--- A few examples of what we can work on ---
・Hitting practice ; warm up, getting used to different bounces
・Ball-feeding by hand/racket ; learn/improve basic strokes and placement
・Footwork focused drills ; side-to-side footwork and drop shot recovery
・Form correction ; correct hip rotation and shoulder movement
・Tactics and theory based ; doubles positioning, serve & volley practice
・Record videos and review for improvement
・Help with picking out the right equipment etc.

Feel free to contact me about any thoughts/questions you have!
I'd be happy to hear about you:)

Thank you!
