About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 7 years of experience and a BSc in Pure Mathematics, passionate about bridging theory with real-world AI applications. Over the years, I’ve helped students grasp the mathematical concepts that form the very foundation of artificial intelligence and machine learning. We explore gradient descent step-by-step, understanding how optimization algorithms fine-tune models for better performance. Linear algebra comes alive as we apply it to building and interpreting neural networks. Probability theory takes on new meaning when we use it for Bayesian inference and decision-making under uncertainty.

Many of my students are aspiring data scientists and AI developers, and I take pride in guiding them toward mastering these vital skills. I break down complex topics into clear, approachable lessons without losing the depth they deserve. We often work through coding examples and mathematical proofs side-by-side, making sure theory and application are always connected.
