About Annaliese
I'm Anna, a travelling Hypnotherapist and previous Artist. My main work is trauma therapy but I am now branching into Art therapy to create a softer way to heal the mind and allow creativity to follow.
Previously I was a Ceramicist and Art teacher for disability, but after seeing the profound affects these classes had on the students it has allowed me to integrate this with my therapy.
I believe the mind can be healed with low stress and gentle techniques with no medication or side affects. Being someone who previously struggled with serve anxiety and depression I am proof that you can create a life full of endless possibilities.

Classes are 60mins long, starting with settling the mind through a meditation or light hypnosis we then dive into the subconscious to allow expression to take place. Using different art mediums, talk therapy and psycho analysis we get to root of the imposter syndrome, limiting belief and toxic patterns. Creating a space where confidence and creativity can thrive.
