I prefer to teach people about a nature based spirituality such as Druidry through relaxation. A typical session with me would include a one-to-one talk to discuss what the person is looking for/ wanting to accomplish in terms of mental or spiritual health. Then I would proceed to adjust my content and communication to fit with the persons needs.
I ground my meditation and visualization journeys on the five senses and then reach beyond. I believe that mindfulness begins with acknowledging and being thankful for the simplest of actions. Our moments together will be filled with ordinary things that are based on your everyday needs.

I use a different singing exercises to heal and relax the person. If the person is not comfortable singing, then I perform the singing on my own. The vibrations influence the person's energy and this helps them clear their head and reorganise one positive attitude for the future. Singing cleans and unblocks the chakras in the human body.

My average session is 30 minutes to 1 hour long. I charge £15 for half an hour or £20 for 1 hour. I offer both video sessions and in person sessions. My sessions involve talking therapy, relaxation techniques and practices and professional advice. In addition to this, I offer an email service. Costs for this vary, depending on the amount of communication my clients prefer.
