My teaching as always seen people come alive with the realisation that they are creative and can create something of significance. I enjoy seeing people become aware of their own personal creativity and have always seen my students thrive, some have become accomplished artists.

I offer a planned sequence of 1hr weekly lessons (10) within a school term, leading to a resolved final work. A variety of panting and drawing techniques using various painting mediums ie; acrylic paint, charcoal, pencil, gouache, watercolour, ink, Posca pen etc are explored. I encourage observation and personal interpretation as well as discussion around related art influences. My approach involves fun exercises and artful play which is effective in unlocking a greater sense of self awareness and personal creative potential.
I am currently completing my Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) (Visual Culture) Degree. I also have a Diploma in Art Therapy. I am an experienced art teacher and have seen my students excel, some becoming accomplished artists. I can teach beginners to advanced.
I teach adults and children. A workshop constitutes 3 or more. Workshop lessons are $45p/p for 1 hr. I can teach day or evening in my home studio, or in a place of your choice, feel free to bring a friend or gather a group. Cost includes basic materials. Private lessons are $120p/p. Payment required prior to lesson or preterm in progress payments. BYO painting smock. Tea & coffee, water refreshment.
