About Roxette
I am a young artist, with an HBO in Autonomous Visual Arts and I have been teaching for a year at Instituto Buena Bista in Curaçao, a preparatory course for visual arts for young people in preparation for the art academy. I coach students in learning how to look critically, expand their reference framework, build a strong portfolio, experiment with form, reflect and talk about their work.

I base my lesson on what I see that the student(s) needs to be at a good level in order to be accepted at an art academy. A lesson is often a combination of a lecture, conversation and assignments. I often use pop culture, which young people already know, to explain theories.
