About Somi
I am a dedicated Guitar mentor with 13 years of teaching experience, working with school students, college students, and working professionals. Music has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy sharing that passion with my students.
My teaching philosophy is centered on patience and continuous improvement. I believe that learning music should be enjoyable and stress-free. I encourage students to progress at their own pace while maintaining regular practice and discipline.
My classes cover rhythm training, scales, chord progressions, fingerstyle techniques, music theory, and performance skills. I focus on creating a balance between theory and practical learning.
Over the years, I have mentored many students who have successfully participated in cultural events and public performances. Their growth and confidence make teaching a truly rewarding experience.
My aim is to help students discover the joy of music and develop skills that will benefit them throughout life.

I teach Guitar through a balanced combination of theoretical understanding and practical application. Beginners develop strong fundamentals, while advanced students explore improvisation, fingerstyle techniques, and performance skills.
I encourage regular practice and provide feedback after every lesson to help students recognize their progress. I believe that celebrating small achievements builds confidence and keeps students motivated.
Apart from Guitar, I also teach music theory, rhythm development, ear training, and music notation. These subjects strengthen students' overall understanding of music and improve performance quality.
My goal is to help students achieve their musical aspirations while enjoying the learning process.
