About Thomas
I started practicing yoga for a recovery from an accident but later it really helped to balance my physical, mental and emotional aspect really well to be able to focus more and have a positive attitude in all situations. This is what I like to share. To have a stress-free, positive, vibrant and happy life.

It is a very conventional method as how it is taught in mysore ashtanga style but in a very playful and fun-filled manner. But every step will be analysed and corrected with an easy and relaxed attitude. Just be open to receive.
