About Alejandro
Hello there! My name is Alejandro, I have been working as Assistant Director of Student Life at the headquarters of New York University in Madrid for almost 9 years. I have traveled to 40 countries, lived in Ireland and Belgium, and English has literally saved my neck on more than one occasion.
I think that in Spain we have been taught to write and read very well, but after 10 years of teaching English we don't even know how to hold an elevator conversation.
English is a wonderful language. Putting good intonation however has caused many people to be mocked by those who did not dare to try it.
Let's change that!
