About Ivano
Right now, I have about ten students, in an acting school in Rome, who through the Method have been able to improve both the stage presence and their everyday life.
I also have several private students who have come to me with motion problems, chronic muscle aches and little awareness of themselves. Thanks to the ATM classes they could get rid of these pains and they could move better and effortlessly.

I am a Feldenkrais Method teacher-student, graduated from the Teacher Training Course of the Feldenkrais Method Roma7. With me you will learn how moving with less effort makes everyday life easier. The Feldenkrais Method focuses its action on the relationship between movement and thought, leading to greater mental awareness and creativity that will accompany physical improvements. Our habits and our limits in paying attention lead us to exploit only a small part of our potential, so the ATM (Awareness Through Movement) classes create the mood to perceive the real possibility of a change, discover and integrate alternatives and different strategies of movement. The classes will be based on gentle movements and auto-focus. The goal is to teach people how to get, class by class, an easier way of movement, improving flexibility and coordination, and finding the most appropriate movements for themselves.
