About Coral
I started teaching students in years 4-8 when I was in year 11. I try to find the perfect balance of giving enough hints about a new concept and letting them figure it out. The feeling they get of understanding something hard on their own is the reason I really enjoy teaching! Since tutoring one of my students moved up a math group and another received a principal’s award in math.

My lessons focus on understanding the fundamentals basics for any level. Often my students will have a problem and try to brute force the solution but every single time it is more helpful to go slowly through the basic concepts and patiently understand what’s going on. This way they get a better intuitive and general understand and nail the concept.
