An energetic and charismatic individual who pretends to demonstrate to students with dynamic and humorous Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes ,that yoga is not a series of exhibitionist poses.Yoga is for everyone , everyone who wants to deeply connect with themselves , to listen to their deepest desires and worries ,to truly love who they are, to honour their uniqueness and embody whoever they feel they can be and pursue whatever they want in life .An individual who seeks to create a sense of community that supports and loves all beings.

About the lesson

• Consciously cultivates a feeling of self-respect ,love and transformation.
• Teaches basic breath awareness as well as an in-depth understanding of Pranayama.
• Provides guided meditation at the beginning and end of each class to help students tune their energy in order to get the most of their bodies and of the practice.
• Demonstrates the correct way of entering asanas through kramas focusing on detail and alignment.
• Adjusts students to ensure maximum benefit and safety.
• Designs yoga classes, including Vinyasa and Hatha formats according to the needs of each student .
