About Bhaskar Raj
I am a Maths teacher for the last 25 years done my Graduation and honors from Pune
along with my BEd. I follow the basic what as a student i saw a teacher should have to create interest in a child in the subject, giving him not only books knowledge but also tell him how it is useful in day to day life. Making him aware of life and it's proximities. Not teaching for marks but provide knowledge to face the world, communicating is important , respect and erradicate behavioural issues, healthy competition and Practice is the only path to success.

I teach to create a learner, basic skills using hearing, listeningskills, to err is human but concept is what I focus on. Like dusting is a must everyday same way teacher needs to constantly dust the intelligence of a student and bring out their flair , they miss some concepts of basics due to negligence and improper teaching methods. Parents also should take active part and check their childs progress and control some aspects tobringout responsibility in their child.
